    pacquiao fought pound for pound fighter every year since 2003 until now except 2006,2010 and 2013
    he didnt fight a fighter on pound for pound in 2006 morales was out because he lost to raheem on late 2005
    and he fought morales twice that year and oscar larios while in 2010 fought clottey and margarito and in 2013 he only fought once against rios.

      I think he meant to say he couldn't beat the #1 p4p, the guy who left the game for a while and took the spot, until #1 came back.

      all these hashtag's remind me of #48 branding doe.

          I don't think Manny is anywhere near p4p #1. Can definitely argue a case for top 10 though.

            they were still on the p4p when he fought him...lols
            he fought fighters when they are in that mythical rankings...which is impressive...i dont know a fighter who fought more fighters that are rank in p4p list...
