Of course not. Maidana was the reason Broner lost. He beat the hell out of Broner and was a much better fighter. The few times Cole touched his gloves made no difference. Maidana beats the hell out of Broner every time no matter who refs the fight. That is an original excuse for a guy's favorite fighter losing. I never heard that one before.
