since 2007 , pac narrowly beat marquez in a FOTY level fight winning a belt and lineal title at 130.

grabbed a paper belt at 135 beating a top 3-4 fighter in david diaz.

jumped 2 whole divisions to fight and ko delahoya at 147.

took hatton's lineal title at 140.

      beat cotto at 147.

      beat clottey at 147.

you can't just win one good fight and a mismatched tuneup and all of a sudden claim #1.

      iole is an idiot.

Not a surprise, Ring is on Pac's dick. He's a great fighter but he's always on the cover of Ring and I really like the magazine except that they suck him off so much. Please after the Haye and Floyd covers go with someone other than Manny at least until he fights again. Chad Dawson maybe

Of course he should be no1 no doubt. But if PBF were to beat Pac, PBF may possibly take the no1 p4p spot. Not certain though.
Pac may remain at no1. Because he is knocking out the Cottos of this world. And PBF is only managing to outpoint WW's.

                  Right on!
Gotto wonder how connections to Golden Boy affected this too.

Poor floyd even though he is in the GBP and GBP is the owner of ring magazine still he couldn't get the #1 because he's not worthy to take the #1 spot..
