      5 min. run
      1 min break
      1 min pushups
      15 sec break
      1 min. crunches
      15 sec break
      1 min. squats
      15 sec break
      3 min. shadow box
      30 sec break
      worked kicks on the kicking shield with friend doin 3 min. rounds each 30 sec. break inbetween
      3 min. rounds with a 30 second break on the muy thai pads with partner one round each
      did these one right after the other
      10 pushups
      10 squats
      10 crunches
      10 leg raises
      10 mountain climbers
      10 montain climbers with hands
      10 of an excersize i forgot the name to, strengthens ur guard
      10 monkey squats

        i did
        30 mins staright on the muy thai pads (wanted to do more but had to stop due to bloody nose)
        took a 5 min break
        three 5 min. round on the double end bag with a 45 sec rest inbetween
        two 5 min. rounds of the heavy bag with a min inbetween rounds
        then i did (on the bag)
        100 jabs
        100 crosses
        100 hooks (left hand)
        100 hooks (right hand)
        100 flip kicks
        100 roundhouse kicks
        100 elbows (right hand)
        100 elbows (left hand)
        100 knees (right)
        100 knees (left)

        then lifted wieghts for a half hour

          begore i went to bed last night i did
          50 pushups
          50 crunches
          50 squats
          1 min bridge

          Did the same thing when i woke up

              Went to MA class tonight
              We worked on the muy thai pads doing combos focusing on elbows

                and we did
                5 min. run
                1 min break
                1 min pushups

                1 min. crunches
                15 sec break
                1 min. bridge
                15 sec break
                1 min. squats
                15 sec break
                3 min. shadow box
                30 sec break

                  i stood after and did
                  5 min. run
                  3 min. rounds on the bags with a min. rest between rounds
                  I did a total of 8 rounds
                  I used the bags in this sequence
                  Heavy bag
                  double end bag
                  heavy bag
                  muy thai bag
                  heavy bag
                  double end bag
                  heavy bag
                  muy thai bag
                  then i ran for 3 mins.
                  after the run i did
                  100 crunches
                  100 squats
                  75 pushups

                  then i did 15 mins. stretching

                    two 10 min. rounds of shadowboxing with 5 lb. wieghts on my wrists

                      Went to my MA school and helped teach thre diff. kids classes
