You sound like my pops he eats hotsauce on everything but ice cream it seems,i have my weird quirks to though i put sour cream on most the food i eat including grilled cheese mac and cheese.

...Yep, and it's taken a toll on my ass over the years. My younger brother and my Dad would go through a huge bottle of Tabasco sauce in one week. One of my brothers puts it on everything he eats. Eggs, every kind of sandwich, steak, chicken, burgers, fish, etc. etc. It's not just the hot part. I love the flavor of a good hot sauce.
