    Wow i didn't expect so much help
    Thanks to everyone that commented I read it all great help


    I came to a conclusion of keeping to my calorie deficit (obviously)
    and days that I don't feel i get enough protein (due to possibly not having the food in the house or a bad day of eating) i will have the protein shake.

    PS. I feel I deal with hunger quite well.
