Maybe, Spike, if your last opponent wasn't a blown up welterweight who hadn't fought in two years you'd be better equipped to fight Lemule. Ah well ce la vie

Spike is full of excuses. I remember him talking before the Eubank fight before quitting on his stool

He got 400k for last nights effort. Double that of Lemieux and all he did was walk out get punched in the face and lose in 1 round.

His mouth shouldn't get him anymore fights now

The big question is why would well known ex-champ Lemieux get 200K when this guy gets 400K.

After that punch, Spike said "O'shiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiii".

Hey, the guy should've known what he was signing up for... done his research. Lemieux has re-hydrated into that range of weight for nearly all his recent fights. 2 reasons he was KOd so viciously... he pizzed Lemieux off badly, and he didn't respect his power. David has KOd plenty of guys at lesser fight-night weight. He's likely an even harder one-punch fighter than GGG.

Exactly! So glad someone brought it up. Apparently he doesn't mind fighting a blown up welterweight in hopes of setting up a big fight down the line, but he cries foul when he gets outweighed by someone in his same weight class?

Just show respect to the guy you p1ssed off and KYTFO.

Come on Spike how do you know what he weighed?? You weren't in the ring long enough to size him up before your lights went out!

Spike is the idiot that looked at Lemieux and thought "he's good at one thing, power. And he's probably the best in the division at that. I should stand and trade!"
