Khan put in a much better performance than fielding and consideirng khan is a chinny welterweight (who started at LW) and Fielding is a 6'2 SMW is a joke tbh.

He definitely looked like he could have stayed on his feet had he wanted too in my eyes.
Just never looked like someone even hurt to the body even after he got up.

You are 100% correct. Fielding just didn't want to be there. He wanted his corner to call it each time he dropped. When they told him to get up, he did with no troubles. I'm sure he told them in the locker room to throw in the towel if they see him in any trouble.
Having been hit, and having hit enough people to the liver myself in the ring, you can see the eyes of someone that was just touched good. They don't look like Fieldings did. I'm going out on a limb and saying he wasn't actually hurt, maybe scared of getting hurt, but unable to stand after those shots? No. Not a chance.
He didn't even try and defend his body when he got up. He wanted an excuse to get out of the fight.Last edited by !! Shawn; 12-16-2018, 08:00 PM.

Fielding was smiling everytime he got knocked down as if it was an honor acting hurt by a Canelo punch. Weird guy. He then almost kissed Canelo after for taking his belt lol.

How often do you see fighters go down from a body shot, not wince in pain, and just look at the ref the whole time? Never.
Not unless they are looking for a way out of the fight. Someone goes down from a body shot, you see it in their eyes, in their face, in everything. It hurts really bad. He didn't have that.
I just think he probably saw the Kirkland tape too much and didn't want to go out like that once he felt the power. But yeah, it looks horrible.
