There's a problem with a lack of spirituality in the world, seriously you guys!
Spiritual depravity exists in many forms, including but not limited to:
Sickness, addiction, mental instability, depression, anxiety, ECT.
So many people are lost, and they turn outwards to find that which they have lost, or never had at all, but it doesn't help them. It may provide fleeting feelings of pleasure, followed by that same empty, hollow feeling again.
People take great pride in honoring their body, and they stop there. Not only should you honor your body, but you ought to honor your mind, and your spirit. Abandon the material desires that are within you. look inside yourself for peace and spiritual wholeness.
My best advice as someone who is on his own path,make meditation and yoga a part of your daily lifestyle. If you feel like you don't have time for it, that is when you need it the most
