It takes some of the luster off of it when it is clear that the opponent isn't putting in a 100% effort. He wasn't even trying half of the time.

Lmao*sighs* predict Walters would win by late TKO after being soundly outboxed and outclassed for whole fight till he catches Loma in the 12th with 40 secs to go and puts him down!

Loma gets up and stutter steps at the 8 count!

Walters is marked up and has a noticeable mouse under right eye, the face of despair and body language of quitting languishing till he said,"No Mas" and unleashed EVERYTHING and his face changed to a man with NOTHING and body language loosened!

Loma ties up immediately and Walters rabbit punches and tries to break free. Loma has a busted nose but eats a major counter right after coming out of his 3rd clinch from the Axeman!

Never seen a fighter like Loma, throws combos while on the move and still gets out of harms way even during mid combo!! That's elite stuff and he's very smart, very high IQ in there!

I can see him clearing 130, Salido gives him his toughest fight there! Vargas gets outboxed and looked silly. 135?

You are still clueless!!!! When an aggressive fighter cannot land his money shots and gets countered with perfect timing, it takes away his confidence and he comes apprehensive because he doesn't want to get hit with shots he doesn't see or cannot block and it goes downhill from there when he has no answers, no plan B. Figure it out!

Agreed. Donaire tried and got taken to school. Walters' soul was taken and he decided to call it a night. It appeared more out of frustration than actual pain but he wasn't surviving beyond the next round anyway.

The HBO crew gave great analysis but they were not calling the action during the last 2 rds. Walters was getting hammered with big shots and could do nothing. Nothing! He could have went down in the last rd, he was hurt. This was like Holmes Cobb except Walters is a skilled killer who never gets the absolute snot beaten out of him. Lomanchenko is going to be an all time great and he will surgically destroy all of his opponents over the next 5 years. Instead of panning Walters EVERYONE should be in awe of what Lomenchenko did with absolute ease.

He was overmatched and beaten. I have no why it would be better for him to go out there for one more round and get KOed or ran away to lose by decision.

You can beaten and still be on your feet. If the power's not there and you're down on points what is there to prove?
