I think Pacquiao has the better boxing skills and could easily beat Spence depending on his stamina. If Kell Brook can have success, I really don’t see why Pacquiao couldn’t

Pac needs to work on that. He needs to try new ways to improve his stamina. Training on higher elevation, wearing mask to limit air(forgot the name of it), or others. it will probably help him more to be active in late rounds.

The only people who say this are those LDBC floyd fanboys and pro blacks who hate Pacman.
