After Tomasz Adamek signed a contract to face IBO/IBF/WBO heavyweight champion Wladimir Klitschko, he was dropped from a possible IBF eliminator with Samuel Peter (34-4, 27KOs). A possible name to replace Adamek, against Peter, is Maurice Harris (24-14, 10KOs). Harris is an upset minded fighter who faces everyone. Since his return to the sport last year after a three year layoff, Harris beat Billy Zumbrun, Robert Hawkins, Julius Long and Nagy Aguilera.

ive said this so many times how important regional belts are.harris beat aguilera for one & has a top 15 ranking in a alphbet organization.he finds himself in a title eliminator now if he accepts.both beat nagy & peter should have little trouble but harris is a slick boxer & when motivated he can be very hard to hit.hes been a chief sparring partner for some of the best the last 10 years...can he shake that mentallity going into this fight? we will see...peter has to win this fight or he may never be close to a title again...

How the hell does Sam Peter keep getting title elimination (and ultimately) title shots? This guys pathetic performance against Vitali and Wlad the last two times he fought them doesn't warrant another shot. He even looked pitiful against Maskaev when they fought and if Maskaev was half the fighter he used to be, probably would have taken him out.
