The point wasn't whether the crowd will be partisan. The point is that Herning is not Kessler's backyard. Far from it. There's actually a regional rivalry between people from the Herning region and Copenhagen.

A guy was beat to death not too long ago for having a Copenhagen accent. Although it's an isolated incident, it does illustrate the regional tensions. So no, the only reason to stage it in Herning is due to site fees - which Herning is known to slang like candy.

yes it was. why else would anyone consider the location for the fight significant, if not for the strength of the support one of the men would be receiving there and the fact that the other man and his supporters would have to travel much further to get there?

Kessler was cheered from the rafters in Herning. it was as good as a homecourt. it actually was a homecourt. it was Denmark.
