Full disclosure I love both from a literary standpoint. Both are great writers. But who would u say was better? You can include adaptation of their works whether they had anything to do with their film/TV adaptations or not....

I agree. Best science fiction writer ever? Do Androids Dream of Electric Sheep? (Blade Runner), The Man in the High Castle, We Can Remember It for You Wholesale (Total Recall), A Scanner Darkly, Minority Report, Flow My Tears, the Policeman Said...and so on.
