But, he did not make anywhere CLOSE TO $20M.

He made that money as a promoter and boxer. That's a confirmed amount from the Malaysian govt through the Malaysian Royal family. Pacquiao even thanked the royal family in his post-fight interview after stopping Matthyse.

Still not included the broadcasting fees from ESPN+ which apprently he already received.

That's still more than thrice the amount any top welterweight makes per fight and that's coming from a loss to Horn.

If he had stayed with Top Rank and fought Alvarado instead, he would've only made around $4million

Arum and his tribe have been financially raping athletes and music artists since the beginning of time. Farrakhan spoke out about it, but Liberal Blacks and others in the media have been Cooning against their own people's interests.

Pac should have left Arum for Haymon a long time ago.

He’s a free agent now and he can fight whoever he wants, whenever he wants without that greedy fat snake taking some of his hard earned money.
Agreed. Manny is an elite name in boxing now. He doesn't need Arum anymore. He hasn't really needed him for a decade really.

Billionaire?? Did he hit the lotto? He may be many things but a billionaire is not one.

Err, good luck in sending goons to Pac's mansion in the south of the Philippines.
They better come in a few trucks .

Story goes, ESPN told ARUM to settle the matter RIGHT AWAY.
                  Magically, Arum issued a check.

Yeah, good luck on that one too.
It took a day for Pac to drop the issue .
He got a call and a wire transfer.
