That said, 105 to 108 and 112-15-18 are a little too easy. But to adress you’d have to change the limit on a classic class. Winning five titles from 05-18 is still slightly less tough as a % of body weight as 147-168
    How bout this?

This is how much % increase in body weight it takes to go from the current division to the next division.

    Lil Guy Divisions
    105 2.8%
    108 3.7%
    112 2.6%
    115 2.6%
    118 3.3%
    122 3.2%
    126 3.1%
    130 3.8%
    135 3.7%

    Non-Lil Guy Divisions
    140 5.0%
    147 4.7%
    154 3.8%
    160 5.0%
    168 4.1%
    175 12.5%
    200 n/a%
    200+ n/a%

Average Body Weight % increase to move up:
    Lil Guy Divisions (9 div's) 3.2%
    Non-Lil Guy Divisions (6 div's) 5.8%

To see how the weight divisions would look on the lil guy side with the non-lil guy average & the non-lil guy side would look with the lil guy average

If the Lil Guy Divisions had a 5.8% increase to move up

    105lbs
    111lbs
    117lbs
    124lbs
    131lbs
    139lbs

Or how to turn 9 divisions into 6

If the Big Guy Divisions had a 3.2% increase to move up

    140lbs
    144lbs
    149lbs
    154lbs
    159lbs
    164lbs
    169lbs
    174lbs
    180lbs
    186lbs
    192lbs
    198lbs
    198+lbs

Or how to turn 8 divisions into 13

Why coudn't we just do a 5% bump starting at 105? I say that'd be more fair up & down. And it'd look like this. More fair & evenly spread out. I think you could even do a higher % bump to kill some more weight divisions + make boxing more competitive, but thats a whole other story.

    105lbs
    110lbs
    116lbs
    122lbs
    128lbs
    134lbs
    141lbs
    148lbs
    155lbs
    163lbs
    171lbs
    180lbs
    189lbs
    198lbs
    198+lbs

Or how to turn 17 into 15 divisions, but spread out more fairly & killing only 2 lil guy divisions.

Good stuff. I’d want to see the original eight limits maintained and scale back between. Just me

BS! Smaller Divisions don't get talked about enough to be honest particularly the Divisions under 126

          Thanks.

And idk that you could do the old school 8 anymore with how big guys are. I think you'd have to go from 175 & 175+ at the top to 175, 200 & 200+ at the top for 9 divisions.

And randomly here's the old school 8 % increase in weight to the next division. Much more evenly distributed although does go up the higher in weight you go.

          112 5.3%
          118 6.7%
          126 7.1%
          135 8.8%
          147 8.8%
          160 9.3%
          175 n/a%
          175+ n/a%

          7.6% increase average
