Unfortunately Haymon and Finkel have no confidence in Wilder to risk him in a REAL fight vs Whyte. It will not happen. Wilder is a total fraud. Bob Arum didn't bother to attend the fraud press conference. The 89 year old has better things to do with his time than watch two pretenders talk about a pretend fight.

A fixed fight looks more like what happened in Saudi Arabia. Ruiz didn't even bother to train once Hearn gave him what he wanted.

I am always ready to consider a scenario

Here are some questions:

1) If they are fixed up for a three fight bonanza why call the first fight a draw? Better to have a winner.

2) BUT the one judge had Wilder ahead by a mile...which was a fix of one sort, or another...even if you had one guy winning, or Fury ahead by that sort, it would make more sense.

3) Maybe this is a cash out fight for Fury... is he willing to lose it for the right amount of cash? I hope not. But saying he is trying for the KO could be construed as a hint...Sort of like saying, "I want to win a lisp contest with Mike Tyson..." I mean your really going to the belly of the beast here.

Its possible, Arum always creates crap where he sticks his old greedy a ss, he may well have convinced these guys to take the money and run.
