Also, those are the only two presidents I know in my life time and therefor those are the only two which I included.

reagan is overrated.he spent a **** load of money on military spending and **** and the drug epidemic.granted spending so much made the russians spend and ****ed them in return, it woulda been nice to focus on the problems at home for once.clinton gets credit for **** bill gates should get credit for.

Bush ignored warnings of 9-11, didn't care much for New Orleans, installed incompetent cronies in all parts of the government, no child left behind, failed war on terror, etc, etc, etc.. yet y'all soo delusional that you actually think he is better then Clinton who created more American Jobs and brought down inflation not to mention balanced the budget because he fornicated with some intern hoe. The only positive thing Clinton can point too is the internet boom which started... under the administration of Ronald Regan. Microsoft went public under Reagan. All of the technologies that let the internet boom happen came under republican administrations.

Thank ****ing god we had a republican led congress to keep Clinton from ****ing everything up. If there was a democratic congress, I am convinced that Clinton would have managed to create an environment so unfavorable to business that the internet boom would have never taken place.

The fact of the matter is this: Bill Clinton was a lame duck in office. He presided over a republican led Congress, and was unable to get any of his liberal agendas passed. Any good that came under the Clinton administration came as a direct result of the Republican led Congress.
