You can get some great advice on Bodybuilding forums and really have a laugh but I get exactly what you're saying.

I've actually seen people asking advice & getting pounced on and its not fair, everyone has to start somewhere!

It gets me how a guy with a completely **** physique that uses grams of gear a week can still look **** and have the audacity to sit and rip into others who truth be known, lift more than them & have a better physique naturally. You've even got supplement reps that look like something from a concentration camp.

If you're referring to bodybuilding.com and you posted in the misc, then you're an idiot for expecting anything less. If you want advice there are like 20 other subforums to get it.

One could generalize the people who populate the majority of NSB, but I'd be quickly banned

Bodybuilding.com is a great forum. I browse through the misc because it brings the lulz. But the other sub forums give great advice.

Also, the bb.com store has great prices on some of the supps.
