I know he was in London. But it was a little weird not seeing him at a Pac fight. I think this was only the second time Buffer did not do a Pac fight since Pac became a main event fighter in the US (the other time was Pac-Mosley when it was on Showtime so Lennon Jr. was the guy). But yeah, either Buffer was offered bigger money to do the Joshua fight or Arum wants to build Lupe Contreras.

It seemed a little different watching a Manny Pacquiao PPV without Michael Buffer! But as as life long boxing fan Lupe is a familiar face. He has worked exclusively for Top Rank the past five years or so.
