Fighter of the Decade is the highest award that a boxer can get.

      Manny Pacquiao.
      8 Division Champion
      2000's Fighter Of The Decade
      5 Division Lineal Champion

The 3 boxers that came close to pac achievements.

      Sugar ray Leonard
      5 Division Champion
      1980's fighter of the decade
      3 division lineal champion

      Roberto Duran
      4 Division Champion
      1970's fighter of the decade

      roy Jones jr.
      4 Division Champion
      1990's fighter of the decade
I think Henry Armstrong was probably the greatest. He held the featherweight lightweight and welterweight titles all at the same time. That would be 5 divisions now. He also fought for the middleweight title but got a draw.

        Floyd beat Pac
He Canelo won more rounds vs Floyd
Floyd is mentioned amongst the BEST EVER, Pac is not.
It was the PPV era, Floyd holds the entire top 5 PPV'S
"Prize Fighting" Prizes = $ Floyd made the most money.
Floyd fought and beat more champions.
Floyd never SLEEPS on the job

if that was the case then floyd resume is just a garbage because i don't remember him fighting anyone elite in his prime and he ducked the top welterweighs in 2008.

Floyd is not worthy to be mentoned, he's not a fighter of the decade.

Yeah. Again, solid performances by Manny, but his only true "prime" wins came against Desert Storm imo

Lol. i wish floyd didn't temporarily retire to avoid the top welterweights he could probably had a slight chance to grab the FIGHTER OF THE DECADE award from pac.
