I thought in the UK they handled medical sh^t? Why did she have to leave to get her heart issue taken care of? Or if you are from another country is it different or something?

And for sure that girl who hit her needs a manslaughter charge or something just short of murder.

    No, spiraling cost.

Amazing how they will pay for girls to get boob jobs on the NHS but not pay for cancer drugs.

Doctor, stressed out for working 100 hour weeks, nurses leaving the service as they are getting paid so little they have to go to food bank to feed themselves.

Because everything is rushed, they don't do all the tests they should do, kicked people out as soon as they can and people die because of it.

last year a little girl died, because she had asthma attack.
They hospital told her mother to see the doctor, they booked and emergency appointment, but arrived 5 minutes late and the doctor refused to see the little girl.

Her mother took her home, and later she died.

No charges against the hospital or the doctor.

That little girl died because doctors have to save money.

No one will ever be held accountable

Don't let them tell you a health serve fixes all medical issues, it doesn't it just means bad care for everybody.

"Why does anyone need to be armed"
          "The police will protect you"
"This is civilization, you don't need (x)!"

          - People who have clearly never lived near a kangdom

One of the upsides to the Arabization of the UK may be that (unlike in Euro culture which is obsessed with self-sacrifice and tolerance of others...) it's all about eye for an eye. Or eye for 1,000 eyes. A lot of the wannabe gangstaz will discover their vacation from accountability is over.

What a mess on all sides.

93 thousands have died in the UK in the first 2 months I think. For the last 6 years the figure has been around 82 thousand.

It takes months to get to see a doctor, not enough hospital bed. When you do see a doctor they just try and get your out of there quick a possible, not enough beds, people being sent home after major operations.

The police don't want to know about crime unless someone has gotten killed or it a traffic offense with easy prosecution, so they can get money from that.
Where do you live? I can get a GP appointment within 3 days and my mother recently had a serious chest infection and got a bed straight away.

Unfortunately there are gangs that are predominantly of one race in many areas. Sometimes the groups go way too far and kill someone.

This was a racist attack in my eyes

yea, those in need of help get it. In ANY medical system there will be tragic cases where something will be missed. Most GPs have urgent slots and if something is really that bad then go to A+E. And in regards to OP's knee, in a lot of cases of orthopaedic surgery, its been shown that conservative management(i.e exercises) is just as effective as surgery (which can and often does make things worse) so they dont just rush into it. Its a last resort.

Mariam Moustafa an 18 year old engineering student was attacked beaten and later died from her injuries by a gang of black girls in Nottingham.

It seems that this was a racist attack, and she had been attacked by these girls before, but the police did nothing about it, and they still have not charged any of these girls despite her death.

After she was attacked she was hospitalized but they discharged her, sending her home with a bleed on the brain. How incompetent.

What makes things worse this was not the first time she was mistreated by the NHS.

Only months earlier maybe due to the first attack on her. She went to hospital due to her heart condition she was born with. They did nothing to help her and sent her home saying it was a chest infection. A few days later she ended up in the emergency department.

She had to go to Italy to get it sorted.

But no one helped her, and the services failed her again and her visions and fears came true and she did die, not only at the hands of those girls but at the failings of the UK services.

She was begging for help, and knew her life was endanger

                    Our system is broken
You've got a lot of info in there that isnt in the article. It is being investigated as a racial issue but nothing has been confirmed, the girl was Egyptian not Italian, dunno when she went to Italy and nothing to do with NHS failings in there either.

NHS failings must always be taken with the context of the how short staffed all services are.

Still the best thing about Great Britain though
