2 times MMA and one Pancrase style

        1-1 MMA

        1-0 Pancrase

why you ask? Besides I think that my days of MMA are done. I will keep training and do grappling tournaments, maybe a MT fight here and there. But my body does not recover quick anymore, I do not have the time to train the way I know I need to and I'm getting old!

LOL I wish. I know my limits and abilities and I'm nowhere near Chuck Liddel at least on the stand up part. I would take him on a grappling match. I thought of doing a few more MMA, but every time I start training hard I end up getting hurt the last few time I hurt my back, wrist, knee, and now I'm with a hurt anckle. My body has take a lot of abuse in my yearrs and it does not heal the same way.

Handjobs4dollars- If you are interested in a fight email me your athletic resume and remember that it has to be geared towards your fight career, not hocky or basketball. You would be surprised of the **** I get all the time.

It helps to have good experience and to come froma respectable training camp. If you are in Canada you should look into training with Marcos Soares and Dennis Kang. They are great people and great trainers and fighters.
