So they won't be fighting now didn't Ramirez pull out of the 1st scheduled fight

What brought about this ruling did YPH do something seems kind of random

I want to assume it's because of injury.... the fight has been moved back like twice already and you can only not fight for so long

Yea this was bound to happen but I just didn't expect they would hand Ramirez the title like that. At least fight for the vacant title. Hernandez hasn't fought in over a year and I don't really know why. Whether it's promotional dispute or injury.
