It's not Haymon. It depends on the fighter. Fans will defend their favorite fighters actions/career decisions no matter what. They will clown Broner, Floyd, Stevenson, Danny Garcia, Pacquiao, and others for who they fight. And in the same breathe defend guys like Thurman, GGG, and Kovalev for fighting tomato cans. They have no problem with Manny turning down Floyd's 50/50 split or the 40 million dollar offer but when Stevenson turns down 2 million to fight Kovalev he's a ducker.

I wonder if any of you guys pay attention to the NFL|NBA|MLB and other Professional sports. There have been many disputes and strikes contesting salaries, revenue sharing, pensions etc.. In essence, the players wanted more crumbs off the table and better benefits. (Reasonable requests!)
The Owner's and the Networks were taking all the revenue and keeping it for themselves, while the athletes are leaving the field with concussions and disabilities that are much worst.

Boxing doesn't have anything remotely similar to the other major sports, in fact Pro. boxer's who are in the most brutal sport get less benefits than a McDonalds employee.

Any guy (Haymon) that is working his azz off to get Pro. Boxer's more money for their families, health care and potential retirements funds is OK in my book. Because very few if any Promoters and or Networks set aside funds for the athletes.
So, outside of guys like Haymon, who's looking out for the Boxer's?

These chicken-headed chimps on the NSB have an incredible amount of gall to suggest that guys like Haymon is evil\foul etc.... And whats even more ridiculous, to question why the boxers themselves fully support Haymon and his activities.

Haymon is looking out for these guys and they know it!!!!!

Only a complete moron would question this reality. Boxing as a sport doesn't have a Union, or any other Associations setup that would provide pensions and retirements for the athletes -- Boxer's don't get shit!!!

Some of you guys need to really get a clue!!! Because the more I read some of these posts, the more obvious it becomes, that either some of you guys are recurring adolescents or simply don't know shit about boxing.

Al Haymons likability is likely crashing down

His fighters need fights yet hes alienated the two biggest promoters in America. He is at their mercy now. Once they are falling behind on their bills do you think Al Haymon is gonna let them borrow money to pay their rent?

And Al Haymon has never created a superstar from scratch like Top Rank or GBP has. Hes a greedy vampire who lurks in the shadows and only cares about himself
