ripped force with or without ephedra

i jsut noticed that my ripped force says ephedra free
i never knew they used to have ephedra in them in the first place

when iw a sgoing to the gym ahrd last year i was drinking them(i dont know if they had ephedra or not)
i would drink half before a workout and half after so i would have energy before and after

i was wondering if the ephedra free works as good as the old one

i cant really tell since i jsut started to drink them again
since going back to the gym
