Bingo. This happens a lot. People give too much credit to the underdog in this fight. so every halfway close round they want to give it to the underdog. Not saying the fight wasnt close, but I thought Pac won the fight and it was even more clear then their second fight.

Marquez was not an underdog to me. Even when I started looking for any reason to give Pacquiao a round Marquez still wins clearly.

another good example of this is floyd fights.

with floyd he gets hit so little that when he does get hit everyone remembers it more clearly.


pac is kinda opposite.

we're so use to pac dropping and stunning folks and tagging folks.

when he's not dropping and hurting his opponent , people think he's not doing well.

so when that didn't happen , the natural reaction is to assume that pac was doing bad and jmm was doing good.


a good example of this is the morales-maidana fight.

i was rooting for morales and expected so little from him.

so everytime morales did something , i was jumping and hollering and thinking he was doing better than he was.

that's why a lot of people thought morales won. in truth he got beat up.
