The Hypocrisy of Seattle Tech Companies

The lawsuit will attempt to prove the immigration ban is unconstitutional and that the actions it spurs are “separating Washington families, harming thousands of Washington residents, damaging Washington’s economy, hurting Washington-based companies, and undermining Washington’s sovereign interest in remaining a welcoming place for immigrants and refugees.”

Let's be clear here. These three companies are top of the list for hiring H1Bs over American workers.

Up until very recently Microsoft had stack ranking which created a very hostile culture.

Amazon was getting beat up not two years ago for mistreating their workers and making work-life balance a myth.

They as well as Google were all getting beat up for a lack of diversity - hiring a bunch of Indians and Asians more than whites and blacks. More men than women. Women getting paid way less.

All of a sudden they're supposed to be heroic for opposing the President for doing the job he was elected to do.

This is the crap that irritates me about 'Murica's people. They conveniently forget that these very same companies are just as crooked and that it's a capitalist society that doesn't care about you

Microsoft opened 2 offices and a campus 140 miles north in Vancouver so that they could fill it with Indians & Asians for lower pay.
