      Seriously, i dont do too many anymore, overworking your abs is for people who look in the mirror more then they fight.

        When you come up it also helps to hold your position for a few seconds so you can really feel them burn before return to the ground. burn burn burn! i love it

            don't forget about incorporating a medicine ball sometimes. Also my understanding is that it is almost impossible to increase muscle and lose weight at the same time. I read that your body works on a priority system. With building more mass being the last thing your body does. If it doesn't have enough calories to maintain then it won't use any calories to build more mass.
