Bulls need Jordan to win. Heat needs Lebron to win. But GSW don’t even need KD to win a finals conference series! Lmao!
I respect Durant’s skills and talent, but this is just further proof that his team is just stacked, and how cowardly his move was 3 years ago. You can’t be the best player in the world when your team don’t even need you to win — esp a semi finals series. One of the best measure of greatness is winning against great odds and challenges... and Durant’s recent post season run just have none of that.

There comes a point where winning is no longer an achievement, and in this case it’s where he is.

KD isn't the best player in the NBA. He's not even the best player on that team. Steph Curry is the single most important player on that team. Then Klay. Then Iguodala. Then Green. Then finally KD.

That team is some 99 overall 2k create a player team. They don't miss shots. They shoot from 7 ft behind the arc and still make it. 10 ft behind the arc + double team + dribbling to the left and STILL make it.

They didn't need KD to win the title before. Don't need him now. KD is a great scorer but not even important to GSW. Lebron is on the decline but you can see how dramatically the East has changed without him in it.

KD honestly isn't as important as people want him to be. He's a great player. Great scorer but don't let GSW's performances with him cloud judgement. He's not important to them at all.

Golden State has a couple different ways to play.


Obviously Curry/Durant is a lethal duo.


Curry sometimes chokes been very good lately though.


Durant can score 30 a night. If curry or Klay get cold, feed Durant.







Plus he plays good defense, can shoot 3, hurt you in the paint and doesn't shy away.





They need Durant because it looks like it'll be Warriors Bucks...dangerous.

I kind of hope that is true because I don't want to see no schit about GSW winning 3 in a row and being the best team ever.

But realistically. If MIL can't stop the shooters from making their shot. It's irrelevant if Giannis can run up and down the court, dunking. It's irrelevant because the 3 will always be greater than his dunks, unless he starts dunking 3s.

Probably still Lebron if he wasn't on the Lakers.

If he joined SA or something, he'd be comfortably in the playoffs; neck and neck with gsw.

Could even be Curry even if he isn't as all-around as other players. He simply doesn't miss and it's stupid.
