Ryu all day. Ken is a combo king, but he lacks the knock you back. Everytime I play with Ken and land a dragon punch, I always expect the person to fall, sometimes he lands and I'm setting up for them to jump up after falling, but they just move their head then come back and crack me. With Ryu, he lands that same blow and the opponent has to pick himself off the canvas.
