I scored it a draw just now on the other thread...Always thought Leonard fought a bit dirty with the holding. I can see a score for either guy.

I hated Leonard but scored the bout for him. He outsped, outpunched and outboxed Hagler. Hagler looked SO SLOW in comparison.

Leonard took the fight because he saw Hagler had slowed.
Hagler did not help his cause by changing his stance early on.
His punches did look slower and with less pop than before.

A remarkable feat given the long layoff and moving up in weight against an atg MW.
