Getting a best picture nomination isn't what it used to be. They nominate like 10 films now. Lotsa sh^t gets nominated that seems outta place & its often about the film being popular over being perceived as a best picture contender since they doubled the number. And Black Panther was one of the most popular films last year so not surprised.

maidana has somewhat of a cult following, i think he's still marketable and def a good style with pac, which makes that fight a realistic possibility. but yea el chino needs a tuneup first if he's serious about it. he does look a bit thinner in that photo so that's good.
