Who wins if they fight in the future at Super Middleweight Carl Froch vs Felix Sturm?

Carl Froch says that he wont return to boxing unless, its
a very lucrative fight that captures his interest. One has
to wonder had Paul Smith be awarded the decision in the
first fight with "King" Arthur Abraham would have he then
return back to the ring out of retirement and fight for the
world title? Matchroom Sport promotes both fighters and
that would have been an easy for them to make. And now
how about a potential fight with Felix Sturm that would be
an interesting match up, clash in styles another fight that
could draw a big crowd in the UK. Would that be a match
good enough to get Carl Froch to return back to boxing??

Sturm ain't on Froch's level and the only way the Cobra comes out to fight again is if it's a real big fight i.e. GGG or Hopkins or DeGale.
