I think I need to lock myself in my room and just get it out.

At the end of the day it's all about your will, I smoked for a long time and quit in 2012, went a few times cold Turkey but always went back to smoking, I've ordered a book which was about $10 written by a former chain smoker I think Allen Carr is his name, after reading that book I stopped for good.

Every addiction is hard to give up, I never understood how people could without ciggies, just like heroin addicts don't understand how people can live without heroin. The same goes with ciggies,alcohol drugs etc.

For me going to the gym and working out is a big help for everything, try to make that your "addiction". Met so many people who had bad lifestyles and once they get addicted to the gym they give up all the bad sh** they did.

But like I said the 'will' is the biggest priority, if you have no will and if you don't see more positive in giving up drinking then you'll never stop.
