Cooked me some chicken breast in my Instant Pot along with some rice and veggies. Gonna make me some sweet potatoes too.

The white pepper the recipe called for kind of overpowered the egg drop soup. Next time I'll leave it out entirely.

Not really, it's still relatively new to me. People seem swear by this thing though, it's like an online craze.

I did 3 chicken breasts, season both sides and sear each side for 3 minutes, pour in 1 cup of chicken stock, then pressure cook on high for I believe 5 minutes. Came out nice and juicy. I used my rice cooker with steamer to make rice and veggies. I'm currently watching videos on Youtube about how easy and fast it is to make sweet potato in this thing.
