Can anyone remember a card with multiple foty candidates?

Damn, that's tough. Floyd maidana 1 was pretty good with Lucas vs Danny on the underground. Both were exciting scraps. That chino vs morales fight you mentioned in the other thread also had Kirkland vs ishida on it. While not a great fight, it was a shocking. Followed by one of the best of fights of the decade. I'll have to go digging but typically boxing cards are pretty disappointing. The best one in memory was that Russian one back in November with povetkin on it.
