Punching Bag Stand Squeak

Everytime I hit the punching bag stand it tends to squeak.

It has a speed bag also attached. I took that off and it still squeaks pretty bad when I hit it.

Is this completely normal? I expected it to move some, but not to squeak.

Anything I can do?

If it is a stand and there is bolts holding the frame together then obviously there will be some sqeak where the joins are moving.
