  • What is your training regime?

    Mine is 5 KM run in 25 mins early in the morning where the pavements are quiet.

    3 Mile cycle to work.

    Work.

    2 Mile cycle to gym.

    Hit the gym, 2 KM light warm up jog on treadmill.

    10 Min heavy bag work.

    Weights, usually work on one thing.

    Chest (130 KG), biceps (20 KG dumbells), triceps, shoulders, back (250 KG on machine), calves (120 kg) machine.

    1 mile ride back home. Warm down.

    Shower.
