The 7-1 man(loss to Rich Franklin of all people) #2 MW in the world still doesn't get his title shot.

Mainly 2 reasons I say. One is that he keeps getting injured. The other is that it would probably be one of the most boring fights ever because Yushin is never in an exciting fight and Anderson isn't bothered unless the guy brings the fight to him. Shame but in all honesty I'm not bothered if that fight ever happens.
