I was thinking about this the other day, I'd say there are five legitimate candidates.
1. Julio Jones- Leads the league in receiving yards and is a monster on deep balls, arguable the most talented one on this list.
2. Antonio Brown- Very shifty and aggressive when it comes to making the catch, however although extremely talented I question how much of his productivity is due to Big Ben.
3. Deandre Hopkins - When it comes to being the top 3 in yards, catches, and touchdowns he makes it into every single one of those categories. Despite having three different subpar QB's throwing him the ball he's still putting up monster stats.
4. Odell Beckham Jr.- Amazing athleticism, he is having an amazing sop****re year to go along to his rookie campaign. When all is said is done he might finish as the #1 receiver.
5. Calvin Johnson- the Detroit Lions have been terrible for the first half of the season to put it mildly. The O line collapsed, Stafford couldn't get any time to throw, and when he did made poor decisions. Yet we all know what Megatron is capable of, especially as being the record holder for receiving yards in a single season.
