I think a prime Haye beats Parker, Povetkin and Ortiz. All around his height and would be easier targets for the explosive Haye.
Against taller guys like Wilder and Joshua he would struggle, all he has is the right hand to load up on and I think both beat him by decision because he's still dangerous enough to make them cautious but skilled enough to avoid being knocked out. Ok he lost to Wladimir no shame in that but like Daggum said he struggled with Valuev in his prime so before anyone laughs at Wilder's technique think about that.
Haye openly admitted that little clip of him and Wilder was meant to show his best bits and the sparring was back and fourth.
