Verdejo is coming in at a time when the lightweight divisions is one he can rule with an iron fist and around that division there are many fighters that will move up so the kid has a really good chance to make a name for himself and challenge guys lile Donaire and Rigondeaux because by the rime he is World Champion those guys will be in his weight class so he will have fighters to make a name for himself. Not to mention guys like Juanma Lopez, Wilfredo Vazquez Jr, Rocky Martinez and many others that will be potentialy good fights once he matures. -

Pretty excited to see this kid turn pro already, he got nice reach and height and is pretty athletic for such a lanky kid, his speed and timing are the cherry on top along with his poise which shows you how mature he is for a kid with his age.
