Yes you can. The findings of the arbitrator will be up for discovery when the Duva case goes to court.

Golden boy mad they didn't get the kids when they broke up. Should have been paying more attention to them in the first place.

It's Arum though that wants to sit back from this.

Oscar might think he has a good idea, but the coot was a lawyer too

Lol. U do know most arbitrations are private rite? This one will be no different. Which is why we have no idea what is being alleged. There will be nothing to discover. There will be no public record.

What I'm saying is Oscar has to have an idea who is or isnt with him. How else would his lawyer come up with specific damages. This is how it works. Oscar knows, his lawyers must know. If they didnt then this would clearly be malpractice.

It doesn't matter if it's private. If it's pertinent to the case, you can ask for it. That's the whole point of discovery. If you could only use things that are on public record, discovery would hold no purpose. Do you also think discovery can't get a hold of private contracts?

Your a lawyer right then you know what discovery means. you know that if it pertains to another suit it can be unsealed.

U are both wrong. If the arbitration is private then no, it absolutely cannot be used in discovery unless a court order says so. I mean I have no reason to lie to u. Go look it up. Look up the cases etc. It's almost impossible. It's not gonna happen. What do u think these stars Luke to have private settlements etc? That's why. The info can not be used unless unsealed by the court....which again is highly unlikely.

So is there anything wrong with Arum keeping his distance from this?

Dude has been a lawyer and in boxing for a very long time...so his caution doesn't seem to be out of order
