I disagree with the assertion that the argument is bad.

The are not remotely the same. Just think about it.

Start with how much often Is a car used vs a Gun.

People use a car a few times a day. Everyday. How many time does an person use there guns? Or even take it out the safe.

I'm arguing the ignorance of safety. Do you know what the % of accidental deaths in houses are vs how many guns there are?

Now look at accidental deaths behind a motor vehicle.

Has the police explained why they couldnt simply wake him up from a safe distance or jist you know... Wait for him to wake up?

The guy was asleep with his car parked in the back of taco bell. He isnt a threat to anyone except himself at this point and has committed no crime.

The police did nothing to protect from himself. Instead they put him in a position where he couldnt do anything "right" and they shot him the first chance they got.
