Sweet fookall mate. Its a horrible feeling, especially when something creeps up last minute which takes away the joy of my family or something I could have saved to send my parents away for a little break.

My mortgage is around $1200 coz I paid 20% down payment. Cable, internet, electricity, water, gas around $400. Car is paid off. Insurance around $100.

The bill that is absurd is property tax! I pay around $10k/year on property tax. My house is currently appraised at $300k at 3.something tax.

I make 6 figures so I still have plenty saved.
