How would you know? How would you have any idea how things work? Low ball offers are made all the time to kill fights. You're literally making things up without having any way of knowing if they're true. Sending a low ball offer is the most common way to kill a fight while saving face.

It's interesting that even fans didn't care about Hearn having to deal with the deadline imposed by the WBA. Povetkin was waiting as well. It's as if it's just something you ignore, give up the title, then fight for it later.
