      It's okay though man, you're learning and getting better. Keep training and sparring with people more experienced than yourself and I can guarantee that you'll get better as long as you apply yourself.

                I felt the same when i first started sparring (punch drunk, light headed, unable to concentrate), i didn't like the fact that it was damaging my brain so i just improved fast and learned to avoid punches.
