So, when people here that said the US military didn't lose in Vietnam, but the will of the nation lost, they are correct, that is the political side, because American politics answers to the will of the people. Not only does the military side has to achieve the decisive battles, but it needs to be backed up by the political side.
If you don't know what you're talking about, it's better not to speak on the subject.

LOL! When America pulled out of Vietnam, Cam Ranh Bay became the biggest Soviet Sea Base out side of the Soviet Union! The locals called the Russians "Americans with no dollars!"
