But we do have a socialist government. We have socialism or welfare for the rich and connected. For the billionaires, like Trump who makes many millions and pay little or no taxes, unlike the poor and middle class who don't have the special loopholes that let them get away with it. Trump's wealth came first from his daddy who got if from the federal govt for building projects for the poor and middle class.

Another country's govt also denounced socialism, yet called their fascist system "national socialism." They too had hoped for a 1000 year reich of perennial war with their huge military budget for global domination.

They too destroyed a huge building and blamed it on terrorists and used what they had done to terminate their constitution and alleged democracy followed by massive military aggression.

They too had a Congress-like parliament that similarly had their corrupt critters rubber-stamping the executive branch's monstrosities.
